After 6 months run with TSE, everything is ok, but today from 18:00 we got this error, how can we pass it?
We tried to restart WIDNOWS, to change USB Port for TSE, but can not. Please help.
Sound like your TSE is seriously broken. The error indicates that UpdateTime and RunSelftest are not working. You should likely replace it and send the broken TSE to your supplier, so they can check, what went wrong.
Don't forget to fetch out the TAR log information before replacement so the 6 Months of secure transaction logging won't get lost.
